What are your delivery charges?

Our policy is very simple,all fragrance orders are delivered first class recorded,first item costs £2.50,all other fragrances will cost £1.50 if delivered in same parcel.

All cosmetic and skincare orders are delivered first class with no postage charge to our customers.

Is my order insured?

Simple answer,yes.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes,postal charges are the same,all orders are sent Airmail.

What is a tester?

A tester is a product supplied by Fragrance Houses to enable prospective customers to try a fragrance before buying.

Are the testers sold by Escentials used?

Never,our testers are brand new and boxed in an official "Fragrance House" box unless stated otherwise.

Do they come with tops?

Some testers do and some do not,it depends on the Fragrance House.

Are testers the same strength as normal fragrance?

There are many myths surrounding testers,this is one of them,testers are the same strength,if the tester was stronger than normal stock,you would possibly be disappointed with your purchase.

Does the tester say tester on the bottle?

Some do and some do not.
